Services

This phase includes meeting at the proposed construction site and discussing your ideas and needs. While on site, we will review any requirements or needs in order to prepare the site. Off-Site we will draft a detailed building proposal and drawing specific to what was discussed.  If the building proposal and drawing meet your budget and needs, a contract is provided and the building process begins. 

We offer complete engineering and permitting services. Once the building plans and calculations are finalized by our engineer, we will apply for and obtain all necessary permits. Once permits have been obtained, your building will be placed on the schedule. 

In addition, we offer excavation services, which includes but not limited to tree services and site preparation. Prior to the commencement of your building, your site preparation must be completed. If needed, we can handle this for you.

Our crews are experienced and will provide quality workmanship. Throughout the construction process, inspections are schedule at specific building points. This ensures that your building is constructed safely and efficiently while meeting the building requirements. All work is done in house including gutters and concrete. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup and final inspections. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
